This is my first video in 2007, and I return to the kitchen in making my favorite new dessert, a low carb non-bake cheesecake. This cheesecake is better than any no-bake cheesecake mix that you would buy in the store. You have to try this one.

I’m confused about what carbs are and what aren’t…They say to eat a low carb diet if you want to lose weight..what are some low carb foods?
Also, is it true that it takes 3 weeks for the body to get in a fat-burning mode? Because I want to lose 5 pounds this upcoming 3 weeks or so.. I read losing 1-2 pounds per week is recommended and healthy right?

I just learned that one of my earliest family traditions is the following breakfast:
2 eggs
whole wheat toast + butter
whole milk
grapefruit juice
Our family line is hypoglycemic and seems to “crash” on simple carbs. My Grandpa made this breakfast every morning. According to him, he needed to do it to simply survive his day.
He would also eat Bacon every morning.

Has anyone tried the Slim Quick diet pills and experienced a longer than normal period? (more than two weeks) Even if they stopped taking the pills. Am i the only one? How can it be stopped? No insurance so i can’t go to the doctor.
